We require full prepayment of our quoted fee, as per the written quotation you receive by email. This quotation is fixed and firm, based on the information provided by you, such as the type of transactions, name of your broker, and the number of transactions that we will have to process. |

Once we receive your payment, and have access to your transactions, either by direct login to the broker's website, or transactions emailed to us by you, we will do an exact count of the transactions. Our expected variance is 10% in either direction of the original quote.
Assuming the transaction count and therefore the scope of the work is within the 10% variance, we immediately start work on your file. Our fee is non refundable at this point, and we cannot process any cancellations.
If we find that your transactions exceed the estimated amount by more than 10%, we will send you an email with a revised quotation. You have the option to accept the new quotation, or cancel at this time. If you choose to cancel, we will issue a full refund, minus a 10% service charge. If you accept the revised quotation, we will send you a revised invoice and the balance has to be paid before we can deliver the final forms.
If we find that your transaction count is less than the initial quote by more than 10% of the total, we will issue a corresponding refund of the difference between the original quote, and a revised quote. No refund adjustments will be applied to "minimum charge" only quotations.
